DELIVERY POLICY

All arrangements featured on this website are designed, executed and delivered exclusively by " DIÄT FOOD INDIA " and Affiliates.

The recipient's telephone number is required to co-ordinate delivery timings. This is to ensure that your orders are delivered.

We generally ship out the order within three working day. Shipments are sent out only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays for perishable products, to avoid weekends.

Delivery of Birthdays cream cakes will only be in MUMBAI.

If there is any change of address, or wrong address is given, a new order has to be placed, there will be no refund.

When deliveries are made to WORKPLACE, HOTELS or HOSPITALS please ensure all details are filled including name of company and room number where required. We will not be held responsible to find out details.

If during delivery by the courier company there is extensive damage and the product is inedible we will replace it.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Sometimes a product may be unavailable for which we will automatically substitute a product of equal value.
